Infrared Thermography

A loose connection, an overloaded phase or a poorly lubricated bearing gives itself away with heat. Thermal imaging shows these problems without contact, while running.

In electrical installations, loose and oxidised connections, unbalanced phase loads and overheating switchgear carry fire and downtime risks. On the mechanical side, bearing, coupling and belt temperatures can signal developing faults.

In our thermography reports every finding includes a visible/thermal image pair, measured and reference temperatures and a priority class.

Benefits

Non-contact and safe

Measured under load without stopping the system.

Lower fire risk

Electrical hot spots are detected early.

Fast survey

Large areas covered in a short time.

Visual evidence

Findings documented with images.

Frequently asked questions

Does the system need to run during thermography?

Yes. Hot spots only appear under current and mechanical load, so the survey must be done while equipment runs at normal load.

Is your machine vibrating? Let's talk before it stops.

Tell us the equipment type, speed and the symptom you observe; we will plan the measurement and site visit together.
